Review Results and Common Questions

Check the complete DrowUp route and solve the most common first-run problems.

Review the real business result after every first run. A completed status is useful, but the product, generated file, or target store is the final source of truth.

End-to-end review

  1. Open the Product Library and confirm the correct product was used.
  2. Open the Canvas and check the node route and final output.
  3. Open Generation History and preview the generated result.
  4. Save approved output to the Material Library.
  5. Open the assigned fingerprint environment and confirm the correct store is signed in.
  6. Review the RPA task message.
  7. Check the target page or exported file for the expected result.

Why is my generated file missing from the Material Library?

Generated output is added to Generation History automatically, not to the Material Library. Open Generation History and select Save to Material Library.

Why can I not find a canvas upload in another project?

A direct canvas upload belongs to the current canvas by default. Save the file to the Material Library when it should be reusable.

Which Product node save mode should I use?

  • Use Fill Only to test the form without changing the Product Library.
  • Use Overwrite Original only when the result should replace the saved product.
  • Use Save as New Product to keep the original and create a separate version.

Why will the fingerprint browser not start?

Browser launch requires the DrowUp desktop client. Confirm that the client is running, then retry the same environment. First launch may also need time to prepare the browser engine.

Why do I see an RPA task record but no browser work?

The local task queue may be unavailable. Keep the desktop client open, confirm the queue is connected, and retry with one environment and concurrency 1.

Can one browser environment be used for several stores?

Use one fixed environment for one store. This is easier to audit and avoids mixing cookies, sessions, and operating settings between stores.

Does the fingerprint browser guarantee account safety?

No. It helps separate environments but cannot guarantee that a platform will never link, review, limit, or suspend an account.

A reliable operating habit

Keep the first run small, check the result, then increase the amount of work. Save successful canvas routes as workflows and keep each store tied to its own environment.
