Welcome to DrowUp ("we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the DrowUp website, desktop client and related services (the "Services"). Please read them carefully before using the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Accounts and Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The Services

DrowUp provides AI asset generation, a creative canvas, workflow orchestration, fingerprint environments, account matrices and a desktop client. We may add, modify or discontinue features as needed.

4. Subscriptions, Credits and Payment

  • Some features require a paid subscription or credits as shown on the checkout page.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Alipay); corresponding entitlements are granted to your account upon success.
  • Except as required by law or otherwise stated, consumed credits and active subscription fees are generally non-refundable.

5. User Content and License

  • You are responsible for content you create or upload and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.
  • You grant us a license to store, process and display your content to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services.
  • We are not responsible for the legality or accuracy of user-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe others' rights, to distribute malware, to bypass security mechanisms, to reverse-engineer the system, to interfere with normal operation, or for fraud, abuse or harm to others.

7. Intellectual Property

DrowUp and its software, interface, trademarks and documentation are owned by us or the respective right holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without authorization.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate third-party capabilities (AI models, payment, cloud). Such services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their conduct.

9. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted/error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

12. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the website or client. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
