Product library

Prepare identifiable product records, verify media and SKUs, then use them in creation or listing tasks.

The product library stores product information for creation and listing tasks. It is not a store's live listing inventory or the generation history. Generating an image, saving it to a product and publishing that product are separate actions.

Before you start

Confirm the account and current team. In the desktop client, prepare the capability required by the current product-data entry point. If a record is missing, check team, filters and permissions before creating a duplicate.

1. Create an identifiable product

Go to Assets in the top navigation; the first tab is the product library.

Use New product in the top-right. Three entry points are available; pick one based on how complete your data is.

Quick add	You only have a main image and a name; fill in details later
Add product	Data is complete: SKU, price and specifications in one pass
Spreadsheet import	A batch of products goes in at once

Quick add requires only the product name; selling points allow 500 characters and the description 300. A 1:1 JPG or PNG works best for the main image. Press Save to library when done.

Start with a title, save an identifiable record, then complete the facts required by the intended task.

Information	What to verify
Title and product ID	A clear title and an exact ID for duplicate names
SKU and variants	Correct SKU, media and attributes for each variant
Images	Accessible sources, appropriate rights, main image and order
Description and attributes	Verified brand, material, specifications and selling points
Price and stock	Explicit currency and stock for the selected SKU
Dimensions and weight	Displayed units; net versus packaged weight

A title is enough to start a record, not to satisfy every marketplace requirement. Leave unknown facts for follow-up rather than substituting demonstration data.

2. Reopen and verify the saved record

Find the product in the list and reopen its details. Record its ID or SKU for employee tasks; an approximate title can match multiple products. Files created through a command line, conversation attachments and generated images do not automatically become product-library records.

3. Work with the canvas

Bring the product into the infinite canvas. After reviewing generation results, confirm the product, image position and save-back mode. Before overwriting, check which existing content will be replaced. If saving as a new product, record the new ID. Verify the final record in the library, not just the canvas preview.

4. Ask an employee to inspect before listing

Read product ID "MY-PRODUCT-ID" from the current team's library.
Check title, SKU, main image, price currency, stock, packaged dimensions
and weight. List missing information for "TARGET-PLATFORM".
Only inspect: do not edit the product, operate the store or publish.

After confirming the facts, choose a compatible listing Skill and specify the store, browser environment and submission boundary. For multiple SKUs, identify the one to process or confirm that the procedure supports multiple variants.

Verify three separate outcomes

Assets in the top navigation holds three tabs, one per stage. Work backwards through them when something is missing.

The material library is where you upload by hand, either by dragging files in or using Upload. Switch between Mine and Team, or narrow to favourites.

The generation record lists every output newest-first, filterable by image, video or audio, with batch selection.

Watch for the temporary link badge

Results badged as a temporary link are not kept indefinitely. Save anything you need into the material library or attach it to a product.

The fourth place to check sits outside DrowUp: the store backend, for a draft, submission record or live listing.

Library stock is not proof of inventory allocation to a store warehouse. Upload, submission and approval are different states.

Troubleshooting

Symptom	Action
Empty list or no permission	Check account, team, filters and access; do not bypass with another identity
Multiple matching titles	Use ID/SKU and inspect matches first
Task cannot read an image	Check saved data, permissions and source availability
Platform needs more information	Supply verified category-specific facts
Risk of overwriting	Check save-back mode or use a separate test record
